In order to help our patients receive the best treatment possible, we will give out Ortho Bucks at your regular visits for excellent cooperation, excellent oral hygiene and keeping your appointments. The number of ORTHO Bucks received depends upon how well you do in each of these areas. The Ortho Bucks may be saved and redeemed for gift certificates and other prizes. This is our way of saying:
"THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT PATIENT!"
Every game or sporting event has rules. Here are the rules for our Ortho Bucks program.
An Ortho Buck will be given if all 3 criteria is met:
1. You arrive on time for your appointment and did not miss your last appointment.
2. Your tooth brushing and oral hygiene are excellent
3. You have no loose or broken appliances and are wearing your removable appliances or rubber bands as instructed.
As an extra bonus, you can earn another Ortho Buck if you wear your "Got Braces" Shirt at your appointment. You have the possibility of receiving up to two (2) Ortho Bucks at each regular appointment. If we forget to give you the Ortho Bucks you deserve, just ask for them before you leave the office.
NO ORTHO BUCKS WILL BE GIVEN IF:
1. Th appointment you are here for is not you regularly scheduled appointment - e.g., an emergency appointment.
2. Your appointment is because you need extra brushing instructions or a brushing check-up.
3. Your visit is during your retention phase of treatment.
Cooperation during treatment is the essential factor in achieveing a good result. If at any time there is a question concerning progress, please do not hesitate to ask us.
